Anna Robertson is originally from Gold Hill, Alabama and attended Auburn University, where she studied agriculture as an undergraduate. Anna went on to get a master’s degree in community counseling from Columbus State University and had a decade long career in mental health and social services. She received a M.A. in English (creative writing concentration) at Western Carolina University in May 2025. Anna has been published in the Yalobusha Review, Reckon Review, Plateau Magazine, and Georgia Backroads. She is a 2025 recipient of a grant from the Elizabeth George Foundation. Anna currently lives and writes in the North Georgia mountains from her adopted hometown of Sautee Nacoochee.
